How long does it take to build a custom home?
The timeline varies depending on the size, complexity, and location of the project, as well as the permitting process in your municipality. Generally, a luxury custom home takes between 14 to 24 months from initial design to completion.
Do you help with finding land?
Yes. Through our Land Acquisition services, we assist clients in finding and evaluating vacant lots, tear-down opportunities, and acreages that align with their vision.
